Zero Project Arts Awardee 2025 

Every year, the Zero Project invites practitioners, policymakers, business leaders, and other experts from around the world—regardless of sector, organization size, or country—to nominate innovative solutions for the Zero Project Awards. The shared mission is to advance the implementation of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD). 

The Zero Project’s research is guided by three main criteria: innovation, impact, and scalability.  

The jury selected EBA due: 

• unique approach to transforming performing arts. It elevates Deaf and disabled artists from mere participants to central roles in leadership, curation, and governance. 

• Impact directly addresses the systemic barriers disabled creators face in mainstream spaces. 

• The panel valued the project’s powerful transnational framework. Managed by a 10-partner consortium across Europe, its structured use of open calls and co-productions serves as a replicable blueprint worldwide. 

2025 Global Arts Prize Laureate 

The Global Arts Prize celebrates artists and creative ventures spearheading an innovative approach to the relevance of arts in our time. 

The Global Arts Prize is open to all arts and humanities initiatives leading innovative work, regardless of size, discipline, or stage of development. 

From emerging startups to established institutions, the Prize recognizes organizations redefining the relevance of arts in today’s society.
